Ken Nelson is the Owner/Broker of
California Real Estate.
He has over twenty eight years of real estate broker experience
in California. Although the majority of the real estate
business is in residential sales and investments, Ken has
extensive knowledge of probate, conservatorship and other forms
of estate sales. Ken also has experience in
commercial real estate, land and development.
Ken Nelson is a graduate of
California State University,
Sacramento. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government
and Journalism.
Ken is a
California licensed
real estate broker, a member of the
National Association of Realtors®, the
California
Association of Realtors® and the
Sacramento
Association of Realtors®.
Ken has successfully completed
advanced real estate classes earning the
GRI designation.
In 2004 Ken earned the
Epro
designation from the National Association of Realtors®.
The Epro certification is awarded to Realtors® that have
competed extensive on-line courses in real estate
technology and internet marketing.
